Shipping policy

When will I get my order?
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill and ship most orders. In-stock items ship immediately, see individual listing. Our "360 Fashion" custom orders are printed, cut, and sewn individually, so they are ready to ship in about two weeks. The shipping time depends on your location, generally 5-8 days.

Where will my order ship from?
Our canvas wraps and "360 Fashion" designs are printed and assembled or sewn in the USA. Our Botaday Tees and Tops are printed by on-demand fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Use your tracking number to check status.
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at dbarr@barrmartdesigns.com. with your order number. We will respond right away.

If you did make a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
